The company was registered as a business name in 1981 and later became incorporated as Abel Sell Limited in 1982. Abel Sell Limited is actively engaged in the manufacture, sales and distribution of a high quality range of personal care products under the brand name of Cocosheen {Rexyne Beauty Culture}, as well as the manufacture and sales of Frizz range of bottled water and flavoured drinks. Over 75% of the raw and packaging material requirements of the company are sourced locally and production is carried out from its factories in Alakuko along the Abeokuta Expressway.
